Why We Exist
Indian real estate has a familiar failure pattern: borrowed money, aggressive pre-sales, rushed timelines, cost-cutting, and buyers left holding the risk. Elaris was founded as the antithesis.
We build with family capital, through the Sidhu Family Trust. Every project is fully funded before we break ground, and every acre we build on is owned by us outright, free and clear of any liens. There are no investors to satisfy, no lenders to answer to, and no quarter-end pressure forcing a compromise onto a drawing board. What remains is a singular vision, and the patience to execute it properly.
This independence is not a financing detail. It is why our residences are better. We can refuse density the market would reward, specify materials a spreadsheet would question, and hold land until the design is right rather than the clock.

A protected cove at Kovalam Beach qualifies. So does a silent ridge outside Coimbatore. A crowded seafront plot does not.

Privacy, native landscape, and restraint, plus walls that keep the world out. We build with specialized sound-reducing materials and top-brand fittings throughout, and we specify every apartment and villa as if our own family were moving in. With no investors pressing for returns, nothing forces that standard down.

Elaris begins with a 5+ acre land bank at Kovalam Beach in southern Trivandrum, a secluded coastal enclave we intend to develop with the patience it deserves. From there, our ambition is regional: Coimbatore, Mangalore, Kochi, Madurai. We have not entered these markets yet, and we will not until we find ground that meets the same standard: remarkable, secluded, quiet. The plan is patient, on purpose.
